Winner of the National Prize for the 2021 Urban Rehabilitation in the Sustainability category, the Liberdade 12 development is a rehabilitation project for two buildings from the late 19th/early 20th century on Avenida da Liberdade.

In partnership with the construction company HCI and the Architecture Office Mateus Aires e Associados, we carried out the rehabilitation and reinterpretation of the original decorations. From the plasterwork ceilings to the crown molding and friezes that make up the 33 apartments and their surrounding areas.

Here, we find a space of serenity and elegance, shaped by the refined and luxurious atmosphere that we managed to restore in yet another project to restore the heritage of the city of Lisbon. This project was undoubtedly recognized for the appreciation of good conservation and restoration practices surrounded by the best equipment and finishes of a unique architecture.
