Winner of the National Prize for Urban Rehabilitation in 2021 in the Sustainability category, Liberdade 12 is a rehabilitation project for two buildings from the late 19th/early 20th century in the middle of Avenida da Liberdade.

In partnership with the construction company HCI and the Architecture Office Mateus Aires e Associados, we carried out the rehabilitation and reinterpretation of the original decorations. From the plastered ceilings to the crown molding and friezes found in the 33 apartments and in the surrounding areas.

In these apartments, we find a space of serenity and elegance, shaped by the refined and luxurious environment that we managed to restore in another rehabilitation project.
